We reached our goal! Thank you to everyone who supported this project. Because of you, we are able to provide TWO grants to worthy nonprofits addressing the issue of housing and homelessness for Northern Kentucky families. Those two organizations are the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky and Mentoring Plus!

Right now, our students are busy reviewing applications from the following agencies to partner with us to serve low income families in NKY through educational programming. Of this group, we will select 1-2 organizations in the coming weeks to award our class grant.

We're getting closer to choosing the program(s) our class will support! Last night, six applications were turned in from local non-profits for our class to consider. These six organizations are among some of the best and brightest in the area, serving low income families in NKY through educational programming.
