RALLY FOR THE NKU NORSE CHEER PROGRAM!!!

The Northern Kentucky University Cheerleading Program is raising funds to support our spirit student-athletes as they represent NKU with Norse Pride! Donations will directly help cover the cost of attending the Universal Cheerleading Association National College Championship in January 2026 as well as needed team apparel, meals and updated equipment. 

These resources ensure that our athletes can train safely, perform at their highest level and showcase their Norse pride on a national stage. Your support helps us continue building transition, spirit and excellence at NKU!

Help us reach our goal of $2,500 to continue to build our program and fuel our cheerleaders' futures. 

How your contributions will help: 

• UCA College Nationals cost $650-$900 per athlete
• Team Meals during Nationals cost $500-$700 per meal
• Team Apparel cost is $140 per incoming athlete
  
  

Why Support the NKU Cheerleading Team?

Our team prides itself on being an integral part of athletics, the university and our community. We work tirelessly all year long to support our athletic teams and contribute to several events raising funds and awareness for causes in the Cincinnati area. While participating in these activities, we have been successful in the classroom and involved on campus through other student organizations such as Greek Life, Campus Outreach and the NKU Honors Program.

The Norse Cheerleading program has performed well on the national stage, most recently winning the UCA Small Coed Division I Game Day and Traditional category in 2021. We also won UCA Nationals in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010 in Small Coed Division II and earned our highest finish (3rd) in Division I in the All-Girl category in 2016.
