Our Crowdfunding Groups
As the Force Behind the Norse, our team takes pride in being an integral part of NKU Athletics and the university community. Our goals are to promote school spirit and to increase the energy at athletic events by encouraging crowd participation. While we work tirelessly all year long to support our athletic teams, we also contribute to several events in the region, volunteering to raise funds and spread awareness for several causes in the local area.
Our program has performed well on the national stage, and we compete annually at the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) National Collegiate Cheerleading Competition at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Most recently, we placed 3rd in the UCA Small Coed Division I Game Day category 2021 and 2023! In 2016, we placed 3rd in the Division I All-Girl category.
While representing the Norse at athletic events and on the national stage, we have also been successful in the classroom and involved on campus through other student organizations such as Greek Life, Campus Outreach and the NKU Honors College.

Our team spends about $1,200 per person to travel to UCA Nationals, textbooks can cost $500 or more a semester, we pay about $100 each for our shoes each semester - and you can help us cover these costs and more by making a gift today!
Through your giving, you can help our team make it to Nationals once again, provide scholarships for our teammates and help us afford the necessities for spreading NKU spirit!
