Ally Davis was a senior in the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre program at Northern Kentucky University when she tragically passed away on July 6, 2020. In honor of Ally’s life and devotion to her art, the Ally Davis Memorial Scholarship is being established. The scholarship will support Musical Theatre, Acting or Dance BFA students at NKU as they follow in Ally’s footsteps and pursue their dreams of performing on stage. 
As a student at NKU's School of the Arts, Ally was last seen as Susan in Tick, Tick...Boom! and Little Buttercup in HMS Pinafore. She also performed at the Jenny Wiley Theater, the Mountain Arts Center and Kings Island.
While Ally's celebrated singing voice had her destined for a bright future in musical theatre, we will most remember her for the size of her heart. Lighting up every room she entered, she was a friend to all during the best and worst times. Ally displayed hard work, determination, and dedication to her craft, all with a smile. She will remain an inspiration to her friends and classmates.
Through her art and friendship, Ally touched the lives of many on NKU’s campus and the community. Support the Ally Davis Memorial Scholarship today, and help Ally continue to inspire and be a friend to future generations of performers.
